In line with the core requirements of the "15th Five-Year Plan" to focus on high-quality development, accelerate high-level scientific and technological self-reliance, expand high-standard opening-up, and strengthen the core functions of an international asset and wealth management hub. Against the backdrop of an accelerating global landscape, high-net-worth wealth management has become an important pillar for safeguarding family prosperity, achieving sustainable wealth appreciation, and orderly succession. Facing macro adjustments such as war impacts, trade restructuring, and technological changes, high-net-worth individuals urgently need overseas asset allocation channels with a global perspective and professional succession tools.

紧扣“十五五”规划以高质量发展为主题，加快高水平科技自立自强、扩大高水平对外开放，并强化国际资产财富管理中心功能的核心要求。置身全球变局加速演进的时代背景下，高净值财富管理已成为守护家族繁荣、实现财富可持续增值与有序传承的重要支柱。面对战争冲击、贸易重构、科技变革等宏观调整，高净值人士亟需具备全球视野的海外资产配置渠道，以及专业的传承工具。

The event begins with a visit to the Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Limited (HKEX).

This will be followed by a seminar titled "Navigating High-Net-Worth Wealth Management in an Era of Change" to be held at DBS Bank Hong Kong. DBS is the largest bank in Singapore and a leading financial services group in Asia. Lunch will be served at The Hong Kong Bankers Club around noon.

In the afternoon, there will be a guided tour of Tai Kwun (Tentative): Tai Kwun is Hong Kong's Centre for Heritage and Arts, a partner project between The Hong Kong Jockey Club and the Government of the HKSAR. The three declared monuments within Tai Kwun—the former Central Police Station, Central Magistracy, and Victoria Prison—have been restored to the highest standards, revitalizing them into a world-class heritage and arts site. In 2019, Tai Kwun was awarded the Award of Excellence in the UNESCO Asia-Pacific Awards for Cultural Heritage Conservation.

下午进行大馆的导览 (暂定)：大馆为香港艺术文化地标，是香港赛马会（马会）与香港特别行政区政府合作的成果。大馆内的三大法定古迹—前中区警署、中央裁判司署和域多利监狱，按照最高规格进行复修，活化成世界级的古迹及文化艺术馆。于2019年，大馆更获颁发联合国教科文组织亚太区文化遗产保护奖卓越奖项。
