7 September 2019 Chinese Dim Sum Cooking Class – “Shrimp Dumpling and Steamed Minced Beef Balls”

Wish to sweeten your family and friends up with home-made dim sum?  AWAHK is organizing a dim sum cooking class to learn traditional culinary skills.  Join our dim sum cooking class and bring home a box of specially-made dim sum to share with them.

Hands-on practice of Shrimp Dumpling

實習制作餃皮、示範餡料做法及實習蝦餃做型技巧

 

Demonstration of making Steamed Minced Beef Balls

示範山竹牛肉球製作方法

 

12 pieces of shrimp dumpling (水晶鮮蝦餃) will be made by each participant and take away together with one set of steamed minced beef balls (山竹牛肉)

Fees :

Members $280, Non-Members $290

 

Each paid participant can bring with one child aged over 10 at no additional fee
