In Hong Kong, about 57.1% and 42.1% of the population suffered from lower back pain at least once in their life time and at least once within the past year respectively.  It is one of the commonest health reasons given for work loss.  We will discuss the importance of the hips and its surrounding ligaments and muscles and their importance for lower back health.  Correct postures in daily life and exercises will be taught, specifically for the hips and its surrounding muscles, which can easily be done in the workplace.  Make sure you do not miss out on this great opportunity to learn something new about lower back health!
