Speaker: Mr. Clement Siu
Clement Siu is a Deputy Managing Partner of Global Vision (“GV”). Before joining GV, Clement has over 20 years experiences in accounting and auditing industry acted as a Chief Accountant; Accounting and Administration Manager in Hong Kong main board listed company and Multi- National Corporations. His current practice specializes in auditing as a Certified Public Accountant (Practicing) and Arbitrator in domestic and cross-border arbitration, with a particular focus on shareholders disputes, as well as aspects of corporate tax planning.

Clement holds a Master degree of Accounting; Master of Laws; Bachelor of Laws; Bachelor of Business Administration; and a Diploma in Forensic Accounting. He is also a Fellow Certified Practicing Accountant of Australia; Certified Public Accountant of Hong Kong (Practicing); Certified Professional Forensic Accountant of USA; Fellow member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK; and an Associate member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.
